State Farm introduces paperless billing
State Farm has introduced Insurance Bill Pay (IBP), a paperless billing and online service option for policyholders.
“Making it as easy as possible for our customers to access their information from anywhere at any time is what consumers are looking for,” said John Bordignon, Media Relations at State Farm, in a statement. “A 9 to 5 world is increasingly a thing of the past. We know our customers want as many convenience options as possible to enhance their relationship with us. We believe having access to their policies and accounts whenever they like and knowing they are doing something to help the environment by using less paper will make their experience more rewarding and convenient.”
State Farm’s IBP allows registered customers to pay their bills online with a credit card and provides current and historical billing information. Consumers can choose to have paper bills from their State Farm Payment Plan account stopped.
