FirstOnSite expands Ontario team
FirstOnSite Restoration has added three members to its management team in Southern Ontario.
Steve Gregg joins as District Manager, Greater Toronto Area – Mr. Gregg (recently back from helping FirstOnSite’s Slave Lake efforts) is using his more than 12 years of industry experience to oversee the operations and service delivery of several FirstOnSite locations across Southern Ontario. Mr. Gregg excels in project management and estimating, with a specialty in large loss and commercial loss management, which is significant as he leads his new teams. As district manager, Mr. Gregg will also be providing strategic guidance to branch managers ensuring that high level service delivery across the region is consistent, as he firmly believes customer service is paramount.
Jim Mandeville joins the firm as Branch Manager, Toronto East – Under the direction of Mr. Gregg, Mr. Mandeville will be leading the Toronto East branch employing his eight years of experience in the construction and restoration industry. Mr. Mandeville (who also mobilized to Slave Lake) is a hands-on manager who is committed to superior service delivery and life-long learning. He has completed more than 25 certifications and training seminars, including Master Fire and Smoke Restorer, Applied Microbial Remediation Technician and Advanced Structural Drying.
Len Perdic has been appointed as Project Manager, Hamilton – Mr. Perdic has more than eight years of experience in the restoration industry, having focused on developing project management expertise. Mr. Perdic has established trusted relationships with the insurance industry in Hamilton and the surrounding area and will continue to respect those relationships and foster new ones in his new role.
