Custom Software Solutions Announces EDocs Functionality with SGI
Custom Software Solutions (CSSI) has announced the addition of Electronic Document Transfer (EDocs) functionality with SGI CANADA, SGI CANADA Insurance Services Ltd., Coachman and ICPEI. EDocs is the ability to transmit documents seamlessly and electronically using Centre for Study of Insurance Operations (CSIO) standards.
CSSI’s The Broker’s Workstation (TBW) and Intelliquote (IQ) will be electronically receiving a PDF of the Policy Declaration Page, billing information and Broker memos with the CSIO download from SGI CANADA, SGI CANADA Insurance Services Ltd., Coachman and ICPEI.
“Receiving the Dec page with the download is a real time and cost saver as it eliminates both creating and handling the paper,” said Scott Andrew, President and CEO of CSSI. “We encourage other insurance companies to contact us to discuss this functionality.”
