Crawford launches mobile property adjusting tool
Crawford & Company (Canada) has announces the launch of the Crawford CMS Property ADVANTAGE across the Canadian marketplace. Using tablet and wireless technology, Crawford CMS Property ADVANTAGE allows Crawford’s property adjusters to complete their site visit and subsequent report at the claim scene itself.
Crawford CMS Property ADVANTAGE is being rolled out nationally to all of Crawford’s Canadian branches, with over 300 tablets deployed.
“The ADVANTAGE system gives Crawford a truly mobile workforce,” said John Sharoun, Crawford & Company (Canada) Inc.’s chief executive officer, in a press release.
“It allows our property adjusters to spend less time on paperwork and more time where they belong – in the field, assessing claims and assisting customers.”

While Crawford CMS Property ADVANTAGE is currently being launched solely to Crawford’s property adjusters in Canada, the system and the tablet can and will be adapted to other lines of business such as liability, accident benefits, Crawford Healthcare Management Services and more.
