Does this mean that clubs will limit or ban dancing for fear of being sued over similar accidents? Will roller skate parks, swimming pools, bowling alleys and other places where people gather to have fun have to rethink about whether or not they continue? Have we removed "unfortunate accidents" from our lives? Hmm... I can sympathize with the woman who was injured, however, I find this judgement very disturbing.
